One pair of hands, one holster at a time.

Port City Holsters is a small Kydex shop. Every order is cut, formed, finished and inspected by hand before it ships — no batch runs, no universal shells.

How it's made

Four steps, one bench.

Nothing here is stamped out in a batch. Your order is a specific piece of Kydex, cut for a specific gun, on a specific day.

  1. 01 / Spec

    You spec it

    Gun, light, carry position, clips, muzzle, color. Anything unusual, just write it in.

  2. 02 / Form

    We form it

    Kydex is heated and pressed over the mold for your exact platform, then trimmed to the pattern.

  3. 03 / Finish

    Edges by hand

    Sanded, beveled and polished so nothing bites your waistline. Hardware set and torqued.

  4. 04 / Check

    Fit and inspect

    Draw and reholster tested, retention set, then boxed and shipped.
