The Build Archive
Every pistol on this page is one we have already built for. Not a compatibility chart, not a list of guns we think we could handle — a record of tooling we cut, shells we formed, and holsters that went out the door to a paying customer. Most of it predates this website.
We are a one-man shop in Wilmington, North Carolina. There is no catalog of pre-made shells sitting on a shelf here — each holster is formed in .080" Kydex around one specific gun, with one specific light, optic and comp, for one specific customer. That means the archive below grows by a platform whenever somebody asks for something new.
The archive
Search for your pistol, or filter by manufacturer.
Nothing in the archive matches that.
That is not a no. It means we have not cut tooling for it yet, which is how most of the platforms on this page started. Send us the exact model and we will tell you straight away whether we can build it.
Lights, optics and comps we have formed around
The gun is only half of a build. A shell has to be formed around the gun and its light as a single object, so every light, comp and grip module below represents its own set of tooling:
- Streamlight — TLR-7, TLR-7 Sub, TLR-7 HL-X, TLR-7X, TLR-1, TLR-6
- SureFire — X300, XC3
- Olight — PL-Mini 2, Baldr Mini
- Other lights — Cloud Defense EPL, Daniel Defense PLX
- Comps and grip modules — Ramjet comps, Crownhawk, Icarus and R11 grip modules, SIXRAY
- Optic cuts — shells formed for red dot and enclosed-emitter optics across most of the platforms above
Carry configurations in the archive
- Sidecar — pistol and spare magazine on one platform. The single most common configuration we ship.
- Appendix IWB — inside-waistband, with claw or wing as required.
- OWB — belt-loop and paddle-style outside-waistband rigs.
- Canted — fixed-cant shells formed for both right and left hand.
- Split-mold builds — used where a one-piece form cannot hold the geometry, typically on comped and optic-heavy setups.
- Left-hand — mirrored tooling rather than a flipped right-hand shell.
Beyond pistols
The same forming process covers a range of non-pistol work we have shipped: pistol magazine carriers across 9mm, 1911 and 2011 patterns, AR magazine carriers, fixed-blade knife sheaths, and Kydex wallets.
What this page is, and what it is not
It is proof of process, not a menu. This is the clearest answer we can give to the question we get most often — "can you actually make one for my gun?" — because it shows you 57 platforms where the answer has already been yes.
It is not a limit. If your pistol is not on this page, that is the ordinary starting point for a new build rather than a problem. Cutting new tooling is a normal part of what we do here, and a platform absent from this list today is usually on it a few weeks later.
One thing we will not do is guess. Fitment is confirmed against the actual firearm before a shell ships, and we will tell you what we need to know about your setup — exact model and generation, light, optic, comp, grip module, threaded barrel — before we form anything.
Not sure whether your setup is covered?
Email scott@portcityholsters.com with your pistol, light, optic and any comp or grip module, and we will confirm the build with you before you pay for anything.
