The DB Endo Sidecar Holster is our dedicated appendix rig for those who want their pistol and spare magazine carried together in one streamlined setup. Built as an integrated sidecar system, it keeps your firearm and reload close at hand, balanced, and oriented for fast, efficient access from the front of the body.
Each DB Endo Sidecar is precision‑formed from durable Kydex for a secure fit, positive retention, and a consistent draw stroke for both pistol and magazine. The design focuses on comfort and concealment, with smooth edges, smart contouring, and spacing that allows the rig to move with your body while still keeping everything anchored in place for daily carry or long training days.
This holster is named after Dane Britt and is tied directly to his local educational mission. For every Port City Holster sold, we make a donation to support Dane Britt’s educational charity, allowing you to invest in your own safety while helping fund opportunities for others.*All products are made to order, and the lead times vary depending on the current demand. Already tooled, or new to the shop?

Every Port City holster is molded to your exact setup — the firearm, the light and the optic together. If we have built that exact combination before, the mold already exists and you pay the listed price. Nothing added.

If yours is new to the shop, there is a one-time $45 new-platform setup charge. It covers building the mold for your configuration: the dimensional model, the printed form, and the first test pull we make and check before anything is cut for your order. You pay it once. The mold stays in the shop and goes on the Build Archive, so it never applies to you again — and it will not apply to the next person with your setup either.

If your setup turns out to be new to the shop and the one-time setup was not added, we will contact you before any material is cut — either to add it, or to refund your order in full. Your choice, and there is no argument about it. We will never start a build you did not agree to pay for, and we will never ship you a surprise invoice.

Precision-formed from 0.080" Kydex. Adjustable retention hardware. Hand-sanded and polished edges. Optic cuts standard. Closed muzzle standard, open muzzle available for threaded and compensated barrels.

Black, FDE and ODG are in stock and ship on the normal lead time. Everything else is ordered in for your build and adds about 5 days. Cordura cloth-wrapped Kydex adds $20 per holster, or $40 on the Outrigger and DB Endo Sidecar, which each take two sheets to cover.
