SIG Sauer Holsters
SIG's P365 line is now a family of guns, not a gun — and that is exactly where generic holsters fall down. A P365, a P365X, an XL, an X-Macro, a Fuse and a ROSE gun do not share a slide length, a grip module and a dust cover between them. A shell formed for one of them will not index correctly on the next.
SIG pistols are the single most common platform we build for. Every rig is cut and formed to order in .080" Kydex in Wilmington, North Carolina, around the exact variant you carry.
SIG builds we have shipped
A sample of what we have already built for this platform. Each rig was formed for one specific setup — take this as proof of what made-to-order actually means here, not as a list of what we are limited to:
- SIG P365 Fuse — with Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub, OWB
- SIG P365 X-Macro — with Olight PL Mini 2, appendix IWB
- SIG P365 X-Macro — with a laser and light combination unit, appendix IWB
- SIG P365XL ROSE — 9mm, appendix IWB, open muzzle
- SIG P365 ROSE — .380, appendix IWB, closed muzzle
- SIG P320 XCompact — OWB, built left-handed
If your SIG is set up differently, that is the normal case rather than an obstacle — the list above is a sample of custom work, not the boundary of it. Tell us the exact configuration at order time and we will confirm the build with you before forming.
Why the P365 family needs the variant named
The variants are not interchangeable
The P365 platform splits across grip modules and slide lengths, and the holster has to index on the slide and dust cover of the gun actually in your hand. Telling us "a P365" is not enough — we need to know whether it is a P365, a P365X, an XL, an X-Macro, a Fuse or a ROSE model. It is the first thing we ask.
Sub-compact lights leave less to work with
The P365 family takes sub-compact lights, and the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub family and Olight's compact PL units are the common pairings. A sub light presents much less dust cover to grip than a full-size light, so we form the shell around the gun-and-light as a single unit rather than leaning on the light for retention.
The ROSE guns get built differently
Both ROSE builds we have shipped were ordered in specialty finishes rather than plain black — one in a pink pattern, one in a unicorn print. If you are carrying a ROSE gun and want the holster to match it rather than disappear against it, that is a normal request here, not a special favour.
Left-handed is not an upcharge
The P320 XCompact rig above was built for a left-handed carrier. Every model we make is cut either hand at the same price. You pick your dominant hand when you order.
Which rig suits a SIG
- Port City Inboard IWB — single-shell appendix carry, and the most common P365 build we ship. The lowest-bulk way to carry a micro-compact, which is the reason to own one.
- DB Endo Sidecar — pistol and spare magazine on one platform. Worth it on the smaller P365 variants, where the magazine carrier gives a short gun enough footprint to sit stable against the belt.
- Port City Jetty OWB — slim OWB that rides close to the body. Both OWB SIG builds above are Jetty rigs.
- Port City Outrigger OWB — belt-loop OWB for range and open carry.

We confirm everything with you by email before any Kydex is heated. We never ask a customer to ship a firearm.
Common questions
Will a P365 holster fit my X-Macro?
Treat them as different guns when you order. Tell us the variant and we form for that variant.
Can I add a light later?
Not to an existing shell. A holster formed around a bare gun will not accept it with a light fitted, and one formed around a light will not retain the gun without it. Decide before you order, or order two.
Do you build for the P320 as well as the P365?
Yes. The P320 XCompact above is a shipped build. The P320 is modular, so the grip module and slide combination matters just as much as it does on a P365 — name both.
What does it cost?
Rigs start at $75 for the Inboard IWB and $95 for the DB Endo Sidecar, before finish and hardware options.
